Three regional numbers, answered 24/7. You speak directly to a technician — not an answering service or call centre.

We confirm what you need.
Brief questions about your location, the problem, and any urgency. We won't pad the diagnosis or push services you don't need.

Honest ETA.
We give a realistic response time based on the technician's current location. If we can't get there in under an hour, we tell you — and recommend an alternative locksmith if appropriate.

Fixed quote on arrival.
Once the technician arrives and assesses the actual lock/door, you get a fixed quote. No work starts until you've agreed.

Work completed.
Most jobs done in 30–90 minutes on site. We test everything before leaving — lock works smoothly from both sides, door closes properly, no leftover issues.

Pay on completion.
Card, cash, or bank transfer. Receipt provided. No deposit, no advance payment, no surprise charges.
What we'll never do
- Charge a call-out fee on a job we don't complete (we eat the cost).
- Quote one price on the phone and another on arrival.
- Pressure you into buying upgraded locks "for your safety".
- Refuse to leave a written receipt.
- Take card details over the phone before attendance.
- Drill a lock when it can be picked.
- Subcontract your job to someone you've never spoken to.
